Job Description Summary
The Temporary GL Reconciliation Accountant will be responsible for:
- Performing legacy, daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations for assigned GL accounts.
- Investigating and resolving reconciliation differences in coordination with relevant departments.
- Preparing reconciliation reports and ensuring compliance with accounting policies.
- Supporting month‑end closing activities related to reconciled accounts.
- Maintaining proper documentation, audit trails, and supporting schedules.
- Assisting the Finance team with any ad-hoc reconciliation or reporting needs.
- Process AP / AR and GL transactions whenever required.
- Support Finance department with any required reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
