We are seeking a talented and experienced Front-End Developer with strong expertise in Liferay to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks. This role offers an opportunity for progressive career growth and involvement in multi-dimensional projects.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain high-quality front-end applications within the Liferay framework.
Customize, extend, and integrate Liferay components, ensuring seamless interaction between frontend and backend systems.
Implement AlloyUI and other Liferay-specific frontend technologies.
Work with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to build interactive and responsive UI components.
Utilize JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, Vue.js, or React
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including UX/UI designers, back-end developers, and DevOps teams) to define, design, and deploy new features and enhancements.
Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following industry best practices.
Participate in code reviews and team meetings to discuss and implement best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on Liferay.
Proven expertise in Liferay DXP (custom themes, portlets, and UI customization).
Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Experience with AlloyUI and Liferay frontend frameworks.
Understanding of OSGi (Open Services Gateway Initiative) and modular development principles.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern authorization mechanisms (such as JSON Web Token).
Experience with frontend build tools such as Webpack, Babel, NPM.
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical needs.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience with TypeScript is a plus.
Experience with Java and Spring Framework is a plus.
