Location: Dubaylah
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute commissioning plans and strategies to ensure successful project completion
• Coordinate with project managers, Constructionleadership, Pre-commissioning team and contractors to ensure commissioning activities are aligned within project schedules and budget
• Lead the Area CSU Managers and provide guidance and support to ensure safe and efficient execution of Commissioning and Start-up tasks
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements during commissioning activities
• Identify and mitigate commissioning risks and issues to ensure project milestones are achieved
• Review and approve commissioning documentation, including test procedures, validation checklists, Performance Guarantee Testing and reports
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide regular updates on commissioning progress and address any concerns or issues
• Provide technical guidance and support to resolve commissioning-related problems and challenges
• Reporting to the site based MEET CSU Manager and the ProjectLeadership, the CSU Manager will develop and maintain CSU plans to ensure the other Area CSU Managers endeavour to deliver flawless execution during CSU phase of the Project
• Develop progress reports and dashboards to supplement the CSU Progress reporting programme
Skills
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Proven experience as a Commissioning Manager with minimum 10 years experience
• In-depth knowledge of commissioning processes, systems, and equipment
• Ability to manage and lead multiple CSU teams
• Excellentcommunicationand interpersonal skills
• Strongproblem-solvingand decision-making abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Willingness to travel and work in different locations as required
