Job Description
Arka Luxury Car Rental is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a passion for luxury cars, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with high-end clients.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
Lead and train the sales team to achieve targets
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
Ensure exceptional customer service and brand representation
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury car rental, automotive, or hospitality
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end market
Experience in the UAE market is preferred
