About the Job:

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive international sales and market expansion.
Identify and establish partnerships with key clients and distributors in the UK, US, and Europe.
Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
Lead negotiations and close high-value deals to meet revenue targets.
Work closely with internal teams to align business objectives and deliver customized solutions.
Represent the company in international meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.
Adapt to different time zones (UK, US, and Europe) to ensure seamless business operations.
Lead exhibitions and demonstrations to showcase products and solutions effectively
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering is a must.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in International Sales is a Must.
Excellent English communication skills.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Experience working with global clients and international markets.
Ability to analyze market trends and develop data-driven business strategies.
Proficiency in CRM software, business analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to travel internationally when required.
