Job Description
What you will be doing:
To inspect, clean, maintain, and repair all MEP system available at the premises.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures and use of test equipment.
Maintains all electrical and lighting throughout hotel.
To maintain all HVAC units/systems.
Troubleshoot and repair all equipment that is non-operational.
Perform chemical tests for boilers, chillers, motors, swimming pool, etc.
To maintain all shop tools and equipment.
Maintain adequate stock of parts/materials in the maintenance shop.
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
Reasonably high level of knowledge and skill in Air conditioning, Refrigeration and Electrical.
Previous experience in the field required – 5 star hotel experience is an asset.
Proficient in the English language (verbal & written).
Must have the ability to multi-task.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
