Job Description:
We are seeking a fluent Arabic-speaking General Practitioner to provide outpatient consultations and general medical care to our patients. This is a revenue-sharing opportunity, ideal for a doctor looking for flexibility and growth potential alongside a supportive clinic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct general outpatient consultations and physical examinations; diagnose and treat common illnesses and chronic conditions; prescribe medications and order relevant investigations; provide preventive care and health counseling to patients; maintain accurate patient records in line with clinic protocols; coordinate referrals to specialists as needed.
Requirements:
Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license as a General Practitioner (or eligibility to obtain one); MBBS or equivalent medical degree; fluency in Arabic and English is essential; minimum 2–3 years of relevant clinical experience preferred; strong communication and patient-care skills.
Compensation:
Attractive revenue-sharing model — details to be discussed at interview.
Schedule:
Flexible/negotiable, to be agreed with candidate.
