Elitedash Technology specializes in high-quality automotive dashboards. We are looking for an experienced Accountant/Admin to join our team and help manage financial tasks, issue invoices, and handle payments using the Odoo system.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Invoicing:
Create and send invoices to customers using Odoo.
Process customer payments and update records.
Follow up on overdue payments.
Admin Support:
Handle daily administrative tasks like organizing files and scheduling meetings.
Assist with office inventory and general support.
Odoo System:
Use Odoo for accounting and administrative tasks.
Keep the Odoo system updated.
Requirements:
Experience as an Accountant/Admin.
Knowledge of the Odoo system.
Basic understanding of accounting and invoicing.
Good organizational and communication skills.
A degree in Accounting or a related field is a plus.
