Provide training and support to sales team members.
Analyze sales performance and prepare reports for senior management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
10+ years of proven experience in sales management
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
