About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Estimator / Cost Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing accurate and competitive estimates for all types of signage projects, including but not limited to retail signs, office signage, outdoor billboards, and digital displays. You will collaborate with our design and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution and cost-effective solutions for our clients across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Estimate Signage Costs: Calculate accurate pricing for signage projects based on materials, design complexity, size, and installation requirements.
Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their signage needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Project Coordination: Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure timely delivery of project estimates and provide technical guidance when needed.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technology to provide competitive and cutting-edge signage solutions.
Prepare Quotes & Proposals: Create detailed quotes, including labor, materials, installation costs, and other related expenses.
Cost Optimization: Identify ways to optimize costs without compromising quality or project timelines.
Ensure Compliance: Stay informed on local signage regulations and ensure that all estimates comply with local laws and installation standards.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Signage Estimator or in a similar role within the signage, construction, or design industry.
Strong knowledge of materials, installation methods, and signage technologies.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work with design software (AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, etc.) is a plus.
Familiarity with UAE’s local regulations regarding signage installation.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
