The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining the brand's vision, establishing its market presence, and driving all aspects of the business towards profitability and industry leadership
Responsibilities
- Oversee all business operations, including product sourcing, supply chain management, quality control, and retail/e-commerce strategy to ensure operational excellence.
- Drive the financial performance of the brand, with full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to the board.
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative marketing and branding strategies to build a strong brand identity and capture a significant market share.
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships, business development opportunities, and new channels for growth.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing senior management team capable of scaling the business effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior executive leadership role with a demonstrable track record of launching and scaling a successful business, preferably within the specialty coffee, food and beverage, or premium consumer goods sector.
- Exceptional strategic and commercial acumen, with the ability to translate vision into actionable, results-oriented plans.
- Strong financial literacy and experience managing a full P&L.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required. An MBA is highly desirable.
- 12 – 15 Years Experience
- Bilingual is MUST (English & Arabic)
