Position: General Manager (Specialty Coffee)
The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining the brand’s vision, establishing its market presence, and driving all aspects of the business towards profitability and industry leadership
Responsibilities
- Oversee all business operations, including product sourcing, supply chain management, quality control, and retail/e-commerce strategy to ensure operational excellence.
- Drive the financial performance of the brand, with full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to the board.
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative marketing and branding strategies to build a strong brand identity and capture a significant market share.
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships, business development opportunities, and new channels for growth.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high‑performing senior management team capable of scaling the business effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior executive leadership role with a demonstrable track record of launching and scaling a successful business, preferably within the specialty coffee, food and beverage, or premium consumer goods sector.
- Exceptional strategic and commercial acumen, with the ability to translate vision into actionable, results‑oriented plans.
- Strong financial literacy and experience managing a full P&L.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required. An MBA is highly desirable.
