Job Description
We are seeking adynamicand strategic Public Relations Manager tojoin our teamin Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As the Public Relations Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive PR strategies to enhance our organization’s reputation and visibility in the market.
Develop and execute strategic PR plans aligned with organizational goals
Manage and nurture relationships with key media outlets, influencers, and stakeholders
Create compelling content for press releases, speeches, and other communications materials
Lead crisiscommunicationefforts and develop proactive strategies to mitigate reputational risks
Oversee social media strategies and campaigns to enhance brand presence
Coordinate press conferences, media events, and interviews for company executives
Analyze PR campaign effectiveness and provide data-driven insights toleadership
Collaborate withcross-functional teamsto ensure consistent messaging across all channels
Stay informed about industry trends and adjust PR strategies accordingly
Manage and mentor a team of PR professionals
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field;
Master’s degree preferred
8 years of experience in public relations or a related field
Proven track recordof successful PR campaign management and media placements
Excellent written and verbalcommunication skillsin English;
Arabic language skills are a plus
Strong media relations and crisis management capabilities
Proficiency in social media management and digital PR strategies
Advancedstrategic planningandproject managementskills
Analytical mindset with strongproblem-solvingabilities
Experience in public speaking and presenting todiverseaudiences
In-depth understanding of the Saudi Arabian media landscape and cultural sensitivities
Knowledge of current industry trends and best practices in public relations
Ability to work in afast-paced environmentand manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strongleadershipskills with experience managing and mentoring teams
