The upmarket restaurant is an exceptional fine‑dining destination, currently holding 2 Michelin stars for its innovative culinary offerings and impeccable service. We are looking for an experienced and highly driven General Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experience, and maintain the high standards required to preserve and build upon our Michelin‑starred reputation.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure exceptional guest experience.
- Maintain and elevate the restaurant’s high standards to preserve and build upon its Michelin‑starred reputation.
Qualifications
- Track record in managing a Michelin Star Restaurant in an international luxury hotel or a stand‑alone 2‑Michelin‑star restaurant.
- 3–5 years experience in a Michelin Star restaurant (mandatory).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and operational skills.
