Job Title: Outdoor Sales Executive – Shades, Blinds, Curtains

Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development:
Relationship Building: Identify and develop relationships with architects, designers, builders, contractors, and end customers to promote and sell shades, blinds, and other window treatment products.
Lead Generation & Sales Target: Generate new business leads, follow up on inquiries, and close sales in line with the sales targets.
Customer Needs Analysis: Analyze customer requirements and recommend the best solutions from the product range.
Technical Expertise & Product Knowledge:
Product Understanding: Develop a strong understanding of the technical specifications of blinds, shades, and other window treatments, including motorized and manual systems.
Presentations & Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the features and benefits of various solutions.
On-site Consultations: Provide consultations to assess customer needs, take accurate measurements, and suggest custom designs and solutions.
Project Management:
Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with installation and technical teams to ensure the smooth delivery and installation of products.
Quotation & Technical Drawings: Prepare accurate quotations, technical drawings, and installation plans to support sales activities.
Timelines & Project Execution: Oversee project timelines and ensure customer satisfaction from initial sale through to installation.
Customer Service:
Post-Sales Support: Address any client queries and offer ongoing support to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
Maintenance & Guidance: Provide clients with advice on care, maintenance, and additional product offerings as needed.
Market Research & Reporting:
Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and competitor activities.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, market conditions, and competitor analysis to management.
Qualifications:Education:
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, business, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the window treatment, blinds, shades, or related industries.
Experience with fit-out projects is required.
Experience with motorized window treatments and home automation systems is a plus.
Skills:
Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of blinds, shades, and related products, including installation and customization.
Sales Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines efficiently.
Technical Skills:
CAD Software: Proficiency in CAD software or similar tools to create technical drawings for custom solutions.
Home Automation: Familiarity with home automation systems and motorized blinds would be an asset.
Personal Attributes:

Additional Requirements:
UAE Driver’s License: A valid UAE driver’s license is required to travel to various sites and meet clients.
