Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute an expansion plan for retail and dine-in operations.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards in food quality, hygiene, service speed, and cost efficiency.
Identify prime locations and establish partnerships with delivery platforms and local distributors.
Inspire and guide cross-functional teams to align operations with business goals.
Manage full P&L responsibilities, driving revenue and margin growth through menu innovation and B2B development.
Qualifications:
Solid track record in F&B management across restaurant and retail formats.
Expertise in P&L ownership, budgeting, and financial planning.
Strong leadership capabilities with a collaborative, performance-driven mindset.
