General Manager – Façade and Aluminum Jobs in Dubai at Euro Systems LLC
Major Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair malfunctions in various heating and air conditioning systems, including chillers, boilers, large split systems, and rooftop equipment.
Maintain preventative maintenance schedules and procedures for all HVAC equipment including filters, belts, and coil cleaning
Repair, replace, or calibrate controls, thermostats, switches, fuses, and electrical wiring.
Wire and connect motors, compressors, temperature controls, and humidity sensors according to wiring schematics.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality and functionality of installed systems.
Maintain accurate records of service activities, parts used, and project progress.
Required Skills
Technicians with valid UAE driving licenses will be given preference.
Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing complex AC systems.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
Ability to use advanced diagnostic tools & methods to identify & resolve issues efficiently.
Strong communication skills for explaining technical issues and solutions to clients and providing exceptional customer service.
Education
ITI / Diploma in A/C Mechanic.
Experience
Min 2-4 years of UAE experience in HVAC systems, with a focus on construction environments & related field.
