General Manager (EPC)
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, operations, and business development within the EPC sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of EPC projects from initiation to completion.
Develop and implement project strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively.
Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and communication.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance.
Identify and mitigate project risks, addressing issues proactively.
Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
Drive business development efforts, identifying new opportunities in the EPC sector.
Mentor and develop staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the EPC industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Russian is preferred but not required.
