Requirements
- Arab Nationality is mandatory.
- Manage and oversee the overall operations of the automobile dealership, including sales, after-sales, service, parts, and customer relations.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the automobile dealership industry.
- Proven experience in dealership management, automotive sales, after-sales operations, and business development.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage departmental teams to ensure high performance and operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent knowledge of automotive market trends and dealership operations.
- Experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and achieving business targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates currently residing in Qatar are preferred.
