Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the resort.
Develop and implement strategies to improveguest experienceand satisfaction.
Manage and motivate resort staff, ensuring high levels of customer service.
Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and standards.
Create and manage budgets, track expenses, and report financial performance.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Communicate regularly with owners, investors, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in resort management.
Strongleadershipand interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage budgets and financial performance.
Excellentcommunicationand customer service skills.
Ability to workflexible hoursincluding weekends and holidays.
Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and resort management software.
