The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, business development, project execution, factory production, financial performance, and strategic growth of the Fit-Out & Joinery Company. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while driving profitability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Leadership & Strategic Management
- Lead and oversee the overall operations of the company.
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets.
- Establish operational policies and ensure alignment with company objectives.
Business Development & Sales
- Drive sales growth and identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and developers.
- Review and support major tenders, proposals, and contract negotiations.
Operations & Project Management
- Oversee the execution of fit-out and joinery projects from award to handover.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Coordinate effectively between project, production, procurement, and design teams.
Factory & Production Management
- Manage joinery factory operations, production planning, and resource allocation.
- Monitor productivity, material utilization, and manufacturing efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and maintenance of equipment.
Financial Management
- Monitor budgets, project profitability, and overall financial performance.
- Implement cost-control measures and improve operational efficiency.
- Support financial planning, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Procurement & Supply Chain Management
- Oversee procurement activities and supplier relationships.
- Ensure timely sourcing and delivery of materials for projects and production.
- Negotiate favorable pricing and terms with suppliers and subcontractors.
Human Resources & Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate department managers and employees.
- Support recruitment, training, and performance management initiatives.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Quality, Health & Safety
- Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Monitor implementation of quality control procedures across projects and production.
- Address operational risks and implement corrective actions when required.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Address major client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and business development activities.

Pay: AED12,000.00 – AED15,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Fitouts/Joinery: 2 years (Required)
- General Manager: 3 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- UAE Drivers License (Required)
