We are looking for an experienced General Manager – Oil Laboratory to lead the laboratory’s overall operations, business growth, technical performance, and financial results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall operations and strategic direction of the Oil Laboratory.
- Develop and implement business plans to achieve growth and profitability targets.
- Manage laboratory operations, quality, technical services, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with applicable international standards, regulations, and accreditation requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Lead, develop, and motivate the laboratory team.
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, costs, and revenue growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Represent the laboratory with clients, regulatory bodies, and industry stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Laboratory Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 13+ years of relevant experience, including senior management experience in laboratories, oil testing, petroleum, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of oil analysis, laboratory operations, quality systems, and ISO/IEC 17025.
- Proven experience in business development, financial management, and team leadership.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills.
- Experience in the Saudi market is preferred.
