About the Role:
We are looking for an experiencedGeneral Managerto lead the operations of a standalone restaurant within a luxury 5-star hotel. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional quality, standards, and guest experiences.
Develop and manage budgets to meet financial objectives.
Lead, train, and inspire the team to deliver outstanding service, fostering a positive and high-performingwork environment.
Ensure compliance with the highest health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest feedback and concerns, always striving to exceed expectations.
Collaborate with marketing teams to position the restaurant as a leader in the luxury dining market.
Handle accounting and billing procedures withprecisionand accountability.
Conduct team performance appraisals and implementadvanced training programsto elevate service quality.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience managingluxury, high-end restaurantsin 5-star hotel environments.
Strongleadership,communication, and organizational skills.
Financial acumen with extensive experience managing budgets and analyzing financial performance.
Deep understanding of F&B operations, guestservice excellence, and global luxury dining standards.
Ability tolead by example, motivate teams, and build a culture ofinnovationand excellence.
Proficiency in resolving guest concerns with ahands-on, proactive approach.
Knowledge of advanced marketing and promotional strategies for high-end F&B outlets.
