We are partnering with a leading solution integrator provider in Saudi Arabia, specializing in Fire Protection and Life Safety Systems, Security Systems, HVAC and Information & Communications Technology (ICT). Our client is seeking a highly experienced General Manager to oversee and drive the success of their operations in Riyadh.
The General Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the business, ensuring the seamless delivery of integrated solutions, driving growth, and maintaining the high standards expected by clients across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage projects across Fire Protection, Life Safety, Security, HVAC, ELV, AV, and ICT systems.
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring timely delivery, budget management, and quality assurance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide innovative, customer-focused solutions that meet industry standards.
Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business partnerships.
Lead and develop high-performing teams, promoting a culture of excellence, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Ensure all projects comply with local regulations and industry best practices.
Implement strategic initiatives to position the company as a market leader in integrated solutions.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in managing large-scale integration projects in Fire Protection, Life Safety, Security, HVAC, ELV, AV, and ICT systems.
Strong leadership, business management, and team-building skills with a proven track record of managing cross-disciplinary teams.
A techno-commercial mindset with the ability to balance technical, operational, and financial goals.
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
