Job Description:
We are seeking a Facility Supervisor to manage the maintenance and operations of multiple residential and commercial buildings. The ideal candidate will ensure all properties are well-maintained, compliant with safety regulations, and provide high-quality service to tenants. The role requires strong technical knowledge, coordination skills, and the ability to handle day-to-day facility management tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the maintenance, security, and overall operation of multiple buildings.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure smooth functioning of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems.
Coordinate with third-party service providers for building maintenance, repairs, and modifications.
Supervise maintenance staff, security personnel, and cleaning teams to ensure efficient facility operations.
Manage and ensure proper maintenance of DEWA, DCD (Dubai Civil Defense), and MEP systems.
Handle modifications, fit-out works, and ensure compliance with building regulations.
Respond promptly to tenant complaints and maintenance requests.
Ensure compliance with firefighting systems and other safety protocols.
Maintain records of maintenance schedules, inspections, and service reports.
Oversee building upgrades, renovations, and modifications when required.
Monitor facility budgets, expenses, and suggest cost-effective solutions.
Report critical issues to management and propose effective solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubai in facility or property management.
Fluent in English & Urdu (both written and spoken).
Strong technical knowledge of MEP, DEWA, DCD, firefighting systems, and fit-out works.
Hands-on experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance.
Ability to coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers for maintenance and repair work.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in property management software is an advantage.
