An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced General Insurance & Medical Insurance professional to join a growing boutique advisory firm in Dubai. Working with a sophisticated High-Net-Worth (HNW) client base, you will play a key role in delivering tailored insurance solutions and exceptional client service.
This is an ideal opportunity for a relationship-focused insurance professional who thrives in a consultative environment and enjoys building long-term client relationships.
The Role
You will be responsible for advising private clients, expatriates, business owners, and affluent families on a range of insurance solutions, including:
- Private Medical Insurance (Individual & Family)
- International Health Insurance
- Life & Critical Illness Cover
- Home & Contents Insurance
- Motor Insurance
- Travel Insurance
- General Insurance Products
- Corporate Medical Insurance Schemes
Working closely with advisers and existing clients, you will identify needs, provide suitable recommendations, manage renewals, and ensure a first-class client experience throughout the policy lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with High-Net-Worth individuals and families.
- Conduct client reviews and insurance needs assessments.
- Advise on appropriate medical and general insurance solutions.
- Manage policy renewals, amendments, and ongoing servicing requirements.
- Liaise with insurers and providers to secure competitive solutions.
- Generate referrals and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Deliver exceptional levels of customer service and client care.
About You
We are seeking an ambitious and professional insurance specialist who can confidently engage with affluent clients and provide a highly personalised service.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Medical Insurance, Private Healthcare Insurance, or General Insurance.
- Experience working with HNW, affluent, expatriate, or private clients is highly desirable.
- Strong relationship management and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage client portfolios and renewals.
- Commercially minded with a consultative approach.
- Well-presented and professional.
- Experience within the UAE market is advantageous but not essential.
- Fluent English is required; additional languages would be beneficial.
