Job Summary:
We are looking for four physically fit and hardworking General Helpers to assist our Electrician Technicians in daily maintenance, installation, and repair activities. The selected candidates should be reliable, able to work in different environments, and willing to perform manual tasks safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Electrician Technicians with electrical installation, maintenance, and repair work.
- Carry tools, equipment, and materials to and from work locations.
- Support cable pulling, conduit installation, and general site preparation.
- Clean and organize work areas before, during, and after completion of tasks.
- Load and unload materials and equipment as required.
- Follow all company safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Perform general labor and housekeeping duties assigned by supervisors.
- Assist with lifting and moving equipment safely.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by the supervisor related to electrical operations.
Requirements:
- Age: 30 to 45 years.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual work in various indoor and outdoor environments.
- Able to work in hot weather, confined spaces, elevated areas, and other challenging work conditions as required.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety practices.
- Willing to work overtime and shifts when required.
- Good attitude, punctuality, and ability to work as part of a team.
- Previous experience as a helper in electrical, construction, or maintenance work is preferred but not mandatory.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials safely.
- Fit to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Medically fit to work in industrial and construction environments.
Pay: AED1,100.00 – AED1,200.00 per month
