1.Preparing the Financial Documents such as Invoices, Bills, and Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable in Quick Book
2 Issuing LPO as per the procure department needs, checking the invoices with LPO. Payment processing on Due date.
3.Sending Statement of Accounts to customer and follow up for payment
4 Processing Business Daily Expenses
5.Various Task such As Bank Reconciliation statement, Supplier Reconciliation statement, Accrual etc
6.Prepare and Submit weekly /Monthly Reports of Receivables and sending email for collection
7.Preaparing All monthly end closing including Accounting, Reconciling accounts and Preparing outstanding expenses etc.
8 Should have good knowledge of VAT preparation and Filing
9.Prepare Financial Statements, Including the balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement
10.Handling petty Cash daily basis
11.Creating project reference and preparing Project Reports in Quick Book
12. Handle the accounts independently
13 Efficient in WPS processing and filing
Qualification and Skills
1.P.G in Accounting/equivalent, Finance or a related field
2.Proven experience (4-5 year) as Accountant in UAE
3.Experiance in Financial Software, Quick Book
4 Proficiency experience in Excel and word format
5 Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures
6.Immediate Joins candidates Dubai Experience Only considered (30 days)
7 Strong Commination Skill
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
