Job Description:
The Specialist Gynaecologist is a medical doctor specialized in women’s reproductive health, focusing on the diagnosis and treatment of various gynecological conditions. They provide comprehensive care, including preventive screenings, contraceptive consultations, prenatal care, and management of gynecological disorders. The specialist performs surgeries related to reproductive organs, such as hysterectomy, ovarian cyst removal, and pelvic floor repair.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and treat gynecological conditions and disorders.
Perform routine gynecological examinations and screenings.
Provide prenatal care and manage high-risk pregnancies.
Offer contraceptive counseling and family planning services.
Perform gynecological surgeries, including laparoscopy and hysteroscopy.
Evaluate and manage menopausal symptoms.
Educate patients on sexual and reproductive health.
Stay updated with the latest advancements and research in gynecology.
Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with specialization in obstetrics and gynecology.
Completion of a recognized residency program in gynecology.
Valid license to practice medicine and gynecology.
Board certification in obstetrics and gynecology.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
