General Foreman – Villa Renovation, Fit-Out & Landscape
We are looking for an experienced General Foreman with a strong background in villa renovation, interior fit-out, landscape, and hardscape works.
Responsibilities
- Supervise all workers, subcontractors, and daily site activities
- Plan and allocate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment
- Coordinate civil, finishing, fit-out, MEP, landscape, and hardscape works
- Ensure works are completed according to approved drawings and quality standards
- Monitor daily progress, productivity, safety, and site cleanliness
- Coordinate with engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Check site levels, dimensions, and setting-out before work starts
- Identify and resolve site issues
- Carry out snagging, de-snagging, and handover works
- Prepare daily progress and manpower reports
Required Experience
The candidate must have experience managing villa projects involving:
- Demolition and structural modification coordination
- Blockwork, plastering, and screeding
- Tiling, marble, and flooring
- Painting and decorative finishes
- Gypsum partitions and ceilings
- Waterproofing works
- Site levelling and setting-out
- External and internal villa finishing works
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience
- Strong experience in villa renovation and interior fit-out
- Landscape and hardscape experience
- Ability to read and execute construction drawings
- Strong leadership and manpower-management skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors
- Immediate availability is preferred
