We are looking for a Sales Manager who can join immediately.
You will be responsible for overseeing and driving the sales efforts for a furniture company. This role involves managing a sales team, developing strategies to boost sales, building relationships with customers, and ensuring that sales targets are met. The position combines leadership, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of the furniture market.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company goals, focusing on revenue growth and market expansion.
Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing department to align sales strategies with promotional efforts and campaigns.
Team Management:
Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team to ensure they are knowledgeable about the products and company values.
Set performance targets and monitor the team’s progress to achieve sales objectives.
Conduct regular sales meetings, providing updates, guidance, and motivation to the team.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, retailers, and other partners in the furniture industry.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to products, delivery, or service.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications & Requirement:
Minimum 2 years Sales/Operation managerial experience
Must be in a retail industry background
Immediate joiner
Bachelors degree is preferred.
Ability to handle a group of sales teams.
Will handle showrooms in Dubai & Sharjah but will be working in Dubai office.

Pay: AED7,000.00 – AED9,000.00 per month
