Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced General Foreman with expertise in civil construction and interior finishing works. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in site supervision, tiling, sanitary installation, and interior fit-out projects. This role requires the ability to manage both structural and finishing activities while ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily construction site activities (civil and interior works)
- Oversee civil works including block work, concrete, plastering, and structural tasks
- Handle interior finishing works such as tiling, painting, false ceiling, flooring, and carpentry
- Supervise installation of sanitary ware, toilets, and bathroom fittings
- Read and interpret construction drawings, shop drawings, and specifications
- Ensure all work meets quality standards, project deadlines, and client requirements
- Manage labor, subcontractors, and site resources efficiently
- Monitor and enforce health and safety regulations on site
- Conduct inspections and resolve site issues or defects
- Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and material usage
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Foreman in construction and interior fit-out projects
- Strong knowledge of civil construction, tiling works, and sanitary installation
- Experience in interior finishing, fit-out, and renovation projects
- Ability to read and understand technical and shop drawings
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and write in English
