5. Backlink acquisition rateJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to optimize our website and content, improve search engine rankings, and drive targeted organic traffic. The ideal candidate will execute SEO strategies, conduct keyword research, and enhance technical SEO while collaborating with the content and marketing teams.

Day-to-Day Tasks:
– Monitor and analyze organic traffic trends
– Perform on-page SEO adjustments
– Research and implement trending keywords
– Outline and implement on-site, off-site and technical SEO strategies and adjustments to websites
-Collaborate with content teams to optimize ongoing posts
– Assess competitor SEO strategies & Content gaps on our websites

Monthly

Generate SEO reports and provide actionable insights
Conduct comprehensive SEO audits
Adjust strategies based on search engine updates
Review link-building progress

Education
1) Bachelors Degree or Professional qualification related to Marketing or similar
2) Recent qualification / certification in SEO.

Experience
1) Minimum 04 years of experience in SEO
2) Experience in the tourism industry is a plus
3) Experience in research and content creation in various tones of voice. Proven record of excellent writing demonstrated in a professional portfolio

1) Impeccable grasp of the English language
2) Ability to work independently
3) Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to collaborate with colleagues, and management
4) Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously
5) Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary
6) Ability to create reports showcasing set KPIs for different platforms/ subsidiaries
7) Analytical, detail-oriented, and driven by data.
8) Strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization
9) Ability to adapt to evolving search engine algorithms.
