Job Title: Home Automation Technician

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Home Automation Technician with expertise in DB Dressing and CCTV systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of hands-on experience in home automation systems installation and maintenance. This role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and a keen attention to detail, as well as the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A valid UAE driving license is preferred for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain home automation systems, including lighting, climate control, security, and entertainment systems.
Perform DB (Distribution Board) dressing, ensuring all electrical connections are neatly and safely organized.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot CCTV systems, including cameras, DVRs, and related equipment.
Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine the technical requirements for automation and security installations.
Ensure all installations meet industry standards and comply with local electrical codes and safety regulations.
Test and calibrate home automation and CCTV systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for home automation and CCTV systems.
Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Provide training to clients on how to use their home automation and CCTV systems effectively.
Maintain accurate records of installations, service requests, and repairs.
Ensure compliance with all safety procedures while working on-site.
Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years of experience working as a Home Automation Technician or in a similar role.
Hands-on experience with DB dressing, electrical systems, and CCTV installations.
Knowledge of home automation technologies and systems, including smart home devices, lighting control, and HVAC systems.
Strong troubleshooting skills for home automation systems and CCTV equipment.
Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
Proficient in using relevant tools and software for installations and troubleshooting.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with popular home automation platforms (e.g., KNX, Crestron, Control4).
Familiarity with IP-based CCTV systems and networking.
Knowledge of building codes and safety standards in the UAE.
Ability to read and understand electrical wiring diagrams and technical manuals.

Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
