Business Development Executive with FIt Out /Joinery Experience

Location: Dubai
Job Type: Full Time.
A fitout and joinery contractor is looking for an experienced, passionate BusinessExecutive to develop business opportunities and generating new leads to provide fit-out services. generating leads and sales opportunities to meet the Company’s Business Development Plan and take necessary actions in order to achieve assigned monthly/quarterly/yearly targets.
Key Responsibilities:
-Identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies to achieve business targets.
-work closely with Designers, Architects, Production team,
Estimators and Contractors on client’s requirements and for design concepts.
-Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, and ensure customer satisfaction.
-Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
-Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
-Negotiate and close sales agreements.
-Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s services.
-Collaborate with the project management team to ensure customer requirements are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
-Attend trade shows and industry events to network and promote the company’s services
Qualifications:
Degree in Marketing / Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design, or similar.
Sales experience in UAE market, not less than 4 years.
Strong negotiation skills.
Strong command over English language, for both verbal and written communication.
Valid UAE driving licence.
