We are looking for Assistant Accountant with 2 years of experience. We are a Facilities Management and trading company based in Abu Dhabi.
We prefer candidates on visit visa, cancelled visa or those on notice period.
Candidate should possess following skills:
Attention to details.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Work under pressure.
Fluent in English language.
Candidate must know bookkeeping responsibility for recording and maintaining a business’ financial transactions, such as purchases, expenses, sales revenue, invoices, and payments.
Job description
Documenting financial transactions
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
Ensure timely bank payments.
Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
Comply with financial policies and regulations.
Perform monthly and annual account closings
Provides financial information to management.
Reconcile bank statements.
Preparation of financial statement
Accounting
Financial audits
Comply with financial policies and regulations
Designing accounting system
Financial forecasting and risk analysis
