Key Responsibilities
- Process supplier invoices (PO/LPO/GRN matching).
- Maintain supplier & customer reconciliation statements.
- Handle AP/AR entries and ageing reports.
- Post GRNs, delivery notes, stock adjustments.
- Assist with monthly closing and MIS reporting.
- Manage petty cash and daily expense records.
- Support audits and maintain organized financial files.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.
- 2–4 years experience in trading or construction.
- Strong knowledge of AP, AR, GL, and reconciliations.
- ERP experience
- Attention to detail and strong coordination skills.
