Key Responsibilities:
- Post and process journal entries to ensure accurate recording of all business transactions.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, including processing vendor invoices and closing purchase orders.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and manage related financial transactions.
- Reconcile petty cash expenses and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare aging reports to track and monitor receivables and payables.
- Conduct bank and general ledger reconciliations.
- Assist in vendor and customer reconciliations.
- Handle invoicing and ensure timely and accurate documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
