Face Off Fitness is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping.
- Prepare and record journal entries, invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, Profit & Loss statements, and Balance Sheets.
- Handle VAT-related documentation and filings in compliance with UAE regulations.
- Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting and financial planning.
- Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Support management with financial analysis and reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in the UAE.
- Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and accounting practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
