Ever wanted to be the person who decides what AI actually gets built – not just talks about it in a strategy deck?
Our client is going all-in on Generative AI, and they need someone to grab the wheel. Not “help out with” GenAI. Own it.
The Position and Responsibilities:
- You call the shots on the backlog – You will own and prioritise the GenAI product backlog, translating stakeholder needs into testable requirements for engineering.
- You ship things that actually work –No shaky launches – you make sure everything’s tested, validated, and ready for the real world before it goes live
- You coordinate delivery – across business, technology and vendor stakeholders, tracking milestones, risks and dependencies.
- You obsess over what happens after launch –Usage, performance, feedback — you’re chasing real adoption, not just a shipped feature.
What makes you a fit
- 6+ years in product management, tech delivery, business analysis or digital transformation -banking/financial services experience is a big plus
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or something adjacent
- You know your way around agile – backlogs, user stories, sprints. CSPO is a nice-to-have, not a dealbreaker
- You’ve actually shipped something GenAI-related, not just read about it
- You’re comfortable in the room with execs, engineers, and vendors
