YOUR ROLE – WHAT TO EXPECT
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Architect with a strong focus on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of GCP and architecture, coupled with expertise in Kubernetes, Unix, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Ansible, Docker, and Dev Ops principles.
Google Cloud Expertise: You design architectures, carry out migrations and optimise existing cloud systems.
Customer Requirements: You take on customer requirements in the areas of cloud computing, IaaS, PaaS and SaaS and analyse them.
Platform Architecture: You develop tailored solutions with the Google Cloud Platform (from the architecture sketch to live operation).
YOUR SKILLS – WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Professional experience:
You have practical knowledge of IT infrastructure, network administration or comparable fields.
Proven experience as a Cloud Architect with a focus on GCP with minimum 5 years of experience.
Strong proficiency in Kubernetes for container orchestration.
In-depth knowledge of Unix systems administration.
Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
Experience with Docker for containerization.
Understanding of Dev Ops principles and practices.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect certification desirable.
