Roles & Responsibilities
Provide expert guidance and assistance to clients regarding visa requirements, procedures, and applications for various countries worldwide (especially Europe, UK, US, Dubai, Turkey, Saudi and other Global visa)
Assess clients’ individual circumstances and travel plans to recommend the most suitable visa options
Prepare and review visa applications, ensuring all necessary documents are accurately completed and submitted on time.
Stay updated on immigration laws and visa policies, liaise with embassies, consulates, and visa processing centers to track the status of visa applications and resolve any issues or delays
Keep accurate records of client interactions, visa applications, and relevant documentation.
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in visa regulations and immigration procedures.
Deliver excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
