As a GC Perfumer Analyst, you will play a key role at the intersection of analytical science and perfumery, helping unlock the secrets behind fragrance compositions and supporting the creation of the next generation of fragrances.

Working within our global analytical team in Dubai, you will:

• Perform advanced fragrance analyses using state-of-the-art GC/MS and GC/FID technologies.
• Investigate and interpret complex fragrance compositions, raw materials and performance characteristics.
• Contribute to fragrance reconstitution and formula understanding through both analytical expertise and olfactory evaluation.
• Partner closely with perfumers, translating analytical findings into actionable insights.
• Lead and support exciting analytical projects for internal stakeholders and customers.
• Collaborate across functions including Perfumery, Evaluation, Applications, Innovation and Compounding.
• Continuously expand your expertise in fragrance raw materials, sensory evaluation and analytical methodologies.
• Ensure the reliability and optimal performance of laboratory equipment and analytical processes.

You bring:

• Experience with Gas Chromatography techniques, ideally GC/MS and GC/FID.
• A strong interest in fragrance analysis, composition and raw materials.
• Well-developed analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• The ability to translate complex technical data into clear conclusions and recommendations.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A methodical, rigorous and detail-oriented approach.
