Core Responsibilities
- Consultation & Assessment: Evaluate patient skin conditions, facial anatomy, and aesthetic goals to recommend safe, medically sound treatment plans.
- Cosmetic Procedures: Administer non-invasive treatments, including Botox, dermal fillers, skin boosters, PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma), mesotherapy, and chemical peels.
- Laser & Device Treatments: Safely operate aesthetic lasers and energy-based devices for hair removal, skin resurfacing, and body contouring.
- Patient Education: Inform clients about expected outcomes, potential risks, and post-treatment aftercare routines.
- Compliance & Records: Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to local health regulations, infection control standards, and ethical practices.
- Complication Management: Address and manage any adverse effects or treatment-related complications swiftly and professionally.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Medical Degree: MBBS or equivalent primary medical qualification.
- Licensure: Valid local medical license (e.g., DHA for Duba).
- Experience: Typically 1 to 3+ years of dedicated clinical experience in aesthetic medicine or dermatology.
- Procedural Skills: Proven, hands-on expertise in advanced facial injectables and laser technologies.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication abilities, excellent patient bedside manner, and a keen eye for aesthetic detail.
