Role & Responsibilities:
Guide clients on immigration/visa services using your outbound telesales experience.
Proactively contact potential clients through provided leads to promote our services and schedule meetings.
Build strong business relationships with new clients to support company growth.
Maintain transparent and up-to-date communication with clients to ensure confident telesales.
Collaborate with the telesales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Handle cold calling and address objections effectively to convert leads into clients.
Use prepared scripts to inform potential or existing customers about the company’s offerings.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales and telemarketing is a MUST.
Sales-oriented with a focus on achieving targets within deadlines.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (mandatory).
Motivated, energetic, and a strong team player.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software related to Visa and Immigration Consultancy.
