Position: Gas Turbine Commissioning and Fact-Finding Engineer

Your day involves performing advanced commissioning, troubleshooting, and fact‑finding on gas turbines and auxiliary systems, independently resolving complex issues beyond standard procedures. You apply strong critical thinking to successfully address high‑impact, complex, and cross‑functional challenges.
How you’ll make an impact
- Maintain effective coordination with project leaders, design teams, and customer representatives.
- Ensure all activities comply with QA standards, project documentation, and health & safety requirements.
- Execute commissioning and fact‑finding on gas turbine systems worldwide per company standards.
- Deliver work within budget and timelines through efficient planning and resource utilization.
- Support sales, planning, and customers through technical input, risk mitigation, and project coordination.
What you bring
- Minimum 5 years of field service experience with capability to lead small technical teams.
- Strong communication skills with advanced proficiency in English and experience in multicultural environments.
- High flexibility with willingness to travel extensively (70–80%) and work shifts.
- Technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering from a vocational school, technical college, or university.
- Results‑driven, proactive, self‑motivated team player with strong initiative.
