-Supervise daily workshop operations, assigning and monitoring repair work for mechanics and technicians.
-Diagnose complex vehicle and heavy equipment issues while providing technical support and quality control.
-Coordinate spare parts availability, preventive maintenance schedules, and workshop documentation.
-Ensure compliance with safety standards, manage staff productivity, and resolve repair-related customer complaints.
