Game Master – Supervisor of Games at Qeuz Entertainment Center Jobs in Ar Rabi · Riyadh · Saudi Arabia at QEUZ
Job Objective:
Responsible for operating and managing the gaming experience at Qeuz, including PlayStation and board games (such as Jakkaro and others) while performing cashier duties, resolving technical issues, and interacting with customers to ensure an exceptional entertainment experience.
Responsibilities:
First: PlayStation
- Ensure all devices are functioning without technical faults (devices, controllers, accounts, games).
- Assist customers in accessing and selecting games.
- Suggest and explain suitable games for customers.
- Quickly and effectively resolve technical issues.
Second: Board Game Management
- Provide recommendations for board games based on the number of individuals and age.
- Clearly explain game rules in an engaging manner.
- Organize games after use and ensure they are not damaged.
Third: Customer Service
- Welcome customers with a smile and respect.
- Explain activities, games, and prices.
- Contribute to creating an enjoyable and exciting environment for visitors.
Fourth: Cashier Duties
- Collect cash payments and print invoices for customers.
✅ Fifth: Professional Conduct and Discipline
- Always maintain a smile and politeness.
- Adhere to the dress code and maintain a clean appearance.
- Follow center policies and operational procedures.
✅ Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in entertainment or customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with PS5 games and board games.
- Good communication skills in Arabic.
- Ability to work under pressure and work in evening shifts until 3 AM (3 AM).
