G+12 DM APPROVED STRUCTURAL DESIGN ENGINEER Jobs in Dubai at SBK Architectural Design Consultancy
The hiring manager prefers G+12 Approved Structural Engineer with 7 year to 9 years (maximum) of experience with the following qualifications:
· Priority for applicants with working experience in Site Supervision
· With Society of Engineers Valid Membership
· Knowledge in structural design for different scales of project including villas, buildings and warehouses
· Knowledge in structural drafting using AutoCAD.
· Proficiency in, ETABS, STAAD pro SAFE, Prokon, BIM Design and having command over BS and ACI codes
· Knowledge in DM, Trakhees, DDA and other Govt. Authority regulations and procedures
· Having experience in submission of Structural related reports in Dubai Municipality portals and other authority portals.
· Working knowledge in preparing Bill of Quantities and Project Tendering process.
