To develop and maintain own contacts database with clients and potential clients. Working on achieving monthly target. Converting CRM leads to clients. Follow up with clients and set up meetings, either within an office environment or in clients’ business premises. Prepare reports about clients meeting results. Gathering clients’ information and updating in a timely manner. Generate and communicate with new IB & Individual leads.
Help clients with trading solutions, ideas, and analysis. Onboarding new clients and deposits, and maintaining existing clients. Support clients in using the company platform and provide training if needed. Keep current clients updated with market reports and news. Identifying and analyzing job-related problems, and taking effective solutions. Prioritizing and managing time effectively to complete assigned duties on time. Comply with work-related requests made by management.
